You have done a flush without proper pre and post-treatments and suffered side-effects because of it. Stones can get trapped in the common bile duct and in the colon, which can cause bacterial infection, pain, gallbladder attacks, and toxaemia.
Before you do such a flush you need to soften the stones with apple juice or malic acid, cleanse the colon and follow a cleansing regimen that keeps the bile ducts open (Epsom salts, and then make sure to clean out the colon (colonic) within 3 days afterwards. Proper directions are provided in the book The Amazing Liver Cleanse, www.1stbooks.com).
The sludge in your gallbladder is not your main issue, but the build-up of hundreds and thousands of stones in the bile duct of the liver is. You need to cleanse the liver bile ducts to remove and prevent gallbladder problems through a series of liver cleanses, until all stones are removed. With the proper cleansing procedure, there should be no recurrance of an attack.
With best wishes,
Andreas
