Hulda Clark reccomends zapping for 7 minutes on, 20 minutes off, then another 7 minutes, then another 20, then a last 7 minutes every day for a few months I think but then she suggests slowing down to once a week or so after you have been cured of most illnesses.
I think that's how it goes anyways, I'd have to check her book to really know
Dr. Clark Research Association link VTOOL had posted here in earlier posts newest info re: 3 week CANCER CURE or was that PREVENTION program strongly suggested 6-8 hours per day using PLATE ZAPPING. If you are dealing with less serious issues, perhaps an average 2 hours per day is a good expiramental run for 3 weeks... like before doing the 1,000 year old textbook style Liver Flush.
Good luck finding those plates... biology supply houses should be one source, as well as simply MAKING your own (or grab a biology teacher to help you with this expirament or a hungry eager University student in biology or med school ;))))
