Are you sure its not a die-off reaction from using the T2 which can sometimes feel like a cold or flu? If you want to help with the flu then wear the device for long periods of time. It may or may not be die off. What I would do is zapp for extended periods of time, add megadoses of a buffered/powdered vitamin C, several drops of oil of oregano daily, olive leaf extract, and also some transfer factor if you can get some. It would also be a good idea to take a good blend of probiotics.
