So I have read about the white tongue but I did not think I would get it so quickly. On the start of day 2 I have a white tongue. What exactly is the tongue doing? I know it is expelling toxins but does anybody have a better definition that?

I just had to respond, although I don't know what the white stuff is - - I'm also on day two, and I had the white tongue yesterday afternoon!! I hope it goes away quickly. When I was first reading about the Master Cleanse, I looked at my nice pink tongue and thought, nah! Hmmm...

MoreThis is a reply to # 644,269Well nice to hear I am not the only one. I am halfway through day 2 and I am getting pretty hungry. I have had many more glasses of lemanade today then yesterday but I know that's okay. Just hanging in there, determined to make it to day ten...
