I have continued my meditation and some very simple yoga on the MC. My meditations have been really deep almost like at the ashram. Having such a light body really helps attaining a light mind!!
I do Sudarshan Kyria (breath yoga) developed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar the founder of the Art of Living Foundation. The breath is a wonderful way to release toxins and build prana in the body. A light body also will fill with prana very easily!!:)
I tried Bikram a few years ago and it was amazing. All that sweating would be great to release toxins. But, I would take it easy the first several days and not do anything too strenuous. Wait until you feel strong enough. Also becareful not to dehydrate!!
