I'm heading into day four of The Master Cleanse and am very pleased with it. I have been VERY cold at times myself, but it's rather cold here right now so I'm not surprised.
At times I've felt weak as well, but it's supposed to be okay to take a tablespoon of syrup to help with that. Other times I'm incredibly energized, so there is definitely an ebb and flow to the whole thing. I've noticed a thick discharge from my eyes and my skin is getting softer. Also, I'm sleeping better and I'm definitely feeling more "in touch" with myself. (Which is an obvious side effect.) My sex drive has been HUGELY increased which I found very interesting. I have no theories on that one at all. Although I haven't heard about cellulite, a friend of mine told me her spider veins went away as did the cholesterol deposits in her eyes. ***MAKE SURE YOU DO THE SALT WATER CLEANSE*** If you don't keep your bowels moving, it can be very VERY damaging to your kidneys, even if it doesn't come up until years down the line. Set aside at least an hour and a half to complete the whole thing. For me it was comforting to see all of those toxins that were no longer in my body, even if it did take a while for the whole thing to run it's course.

Another thing we all forget to mention is BRUSH YOUR TONGUE!!
It's true that our tongue becomes whitish while we're cleansing but we need to keep it clean by brushing it. I believe that there is a special tool for tongue cleaning but I find a tooth brush works great.

I have heard so many wonderful things about the MC. I plan to begin tomorrow. I am overweight and have heard that this will aid in weight loss. This is not my main motivator for doing the cleanse though. I have been feeling very sluggish and irritable. I just have no energy and just feel down right bad. I really think I need to cleanse my body and start taking care of it in order to feel good again. I wonder if I can last at least 10 days..knowing that 30 would be ideal.....
I have purchased all of my supplies but was unable to find an herbal laxative. I was told that an herbal dieters teas would work just as well. I purchased Good Earth's slimming Teas from Trader Joe's...will this work just as well? And sdhould I use it as directed w/ the laxative teas??? IN morn and before bed????
Any advice you have would be helpful. I really want to be successful.
When you did the cleanse for 40 days what were your results? Weight loss? Clear skin? Feel better??

I read that 5 or 6 bottles of , however ,shouldn't I also supplement too just plain old water through out the day with the drink? Also can you give me the exact mesurements for the drink. I thought you were to mix: 10oz purefied water,2tbs grade B mable syrup all I can find is (A),two tbs lemon or limes organic perferred, and a pinch of caynne pepper for taste.I'm a big girl and have a big appetite I'm just afraid of my hunger taking control of me and I fail before I really give this a chance please help!

Can you tell me the diet or tell where i can find it.

I've just done Day 1 of the Master-Cleanse and now my teeth hurts! I cant seem to drink 6 cups a day. Heck, I can hardly drink 3. How do you go 30 days on this stuff? I've decreased the maple syrup amount to 1 tbsp because it's too sweet!

I havent done the salt flushes because I dont know if I can stand drinking that much salt water. I'll try it this weekend though. I've stuck to 2 P&B shakes and the laxative tea. Will this suffice, you think?

Please give me advice on how I can continue this for 10 days (minimum). I dont feel tired or hungry, it's just my body doesnt like juice that much. Even on my juice fast, I was only able to drink 1-3 cups of juice a day. The rest was just water.

I dont know how I'm gonna do this. Any suggestions would be nice!

I am on my 7th day on the Master-Cleanse i feel great but i have lost only 1lb!!! I am walking for about 1 hour. My weight is 184lbs but it does not get down. What is wrong?

I am a little confused at to the Colon Cleanse component of the lemonade fast. Does it remove the kind built up large intestine waste you see on Colon Cleanse websites or does it deal with other built up toxins in the body. Everyone comments that what comes out is gross, but what is it? Anyone actually know?
