I'm just going to address what I sense is at the heart of the matter. I hope you will grant me permission to speak to you on this level.
I hear you saying more than just being concerned about how to break the cleanse. I sense that what you are sharing goes deeper, and is really very personal, and at the same time not unique to you. You are so human and real.
It's so great that you recognize that there are more core issues that are really the issue! Why is that so great? Because now you can focus your attention there, at the core. I don't mean that you need to "figure it out" or anything but you can see that you have some disempowering beliefs that have had some power in your life. There is a you distinct from this who is confident, bold, self expressed and completely whole and complete.
Focus for a moment on who you really are...and what you truly want for yourself. It is important to focus on the quality of life you want versus the material result you think will "buy" you that quality.
Most people make changes even healthy ones to fix or change something. Guess what? Nothings wrong with you. This is why we cycle so much between going for it...what ever the it is...some fantastic object, or body or realtionship to make us feel whole and complete.
We obtain that thing and still drag along the same empty feeling, or worse.
Find real ways to focus on and celebrate your worthiness ,and create new beliefs about you that are empowering. Yes, you can do this. You are not stuck with what ever you inherited or picked up along the way! Yea!!
Listen, everyone knows how to be healthy( well somewhat) you need to exercise, eat lots of fresh natural foods, eliminate the junk...etc...right? Everyone knows the HOW. But who does it? And who does it successfully and joyfully?
I believe your( everyone's) beliefs inform your actions and behaviours. No diet, or heath plan in and of itself will make you feel good about yourself, or give you the self confidence you want. It may be in alignment with your belief, and that is something else.
Distinguish the beliefs or thoughts, internal conversations that derail you in life. perhaps write them down (simply).
Notice they are not the truth. They are just some old noise that has hung aroung a long time posing as the truth.
What could you begin to invent or create as a context that really does empower you?
Begin to really be PRESENT to your life, to your body, to your thoughts. Notice where your attention is when you are binging. Notice where your attention is when you feel happy. You'll start to see that you get to choose your beliefs and begin to discard the ones that no longer serve you.
