I started taking P&B shakes last Saturday 2X a day. Starting Wednesday, I'm now up to 3X a day. I haven't noticed anything different. How will I know when it's working? Do I have to wait longer or up to 4X a day? (I was planning on going up to 4X by Saturday.
Results can be achieved by taking 3-5 P and B shakes for several weeks/months. Each person is different. Hope this helps. Sorry it took so long to answer, I just now found your post.
