Has anyone noticed better results in using the castor oil pack for just a few days and then stopping and resuming use in a few weeks, or better reults in using them daily for weeks or months?- Re: Castor Oil Pack Use Frequency yemaya

This is a reply to # 617,694I saw good results doing one every other day onmy liver for a couple months.... then taking a break for about 2 months and starting again.....
Everyone had indidvidual needs though..... that is just what felt "right" for me...
