I haven't been doing the flushes, but today i layed out one tsp. of good Sea Salt (coarse) and nibbled on it while working in the office. It felt like i was eating food, made the lemonade taste even better AND i'm thinking the salt was good for me...

I am so glad to see that people are listening to their bodies, specifically with salt. I found after about 4 days with no BMs (even with Smooth Move and morning salt drinks), apparently all the water I drank went right through me, and I was weak and shaky. I added some salt to each glass of lemonade and voila, BMs and felt amazing.

This is a reply to # 614,696Spanish Sea Salt . (brand name Reese) . I was eating the coarse crystals, like the margarita sized, or even bigger maybe... Very tasty. I went a little more today... Wish i could keep the fast going, but am ending today with juices (fruit), then some veg. broth tomorrow (might add some spinach or brown rice) and veg juicing, then on day three eat some raw vegies. Good luck!

MoreThis is a reply to # 614,691I had that bad experience too! Every little thing I drank went right though me and I felt terrible. I made a veggie broth with potatoe skins and that helped out a lot. Now I really enjoy doing the fast. Too bad it took me so long to find this out. I would have made the 10 days the first time I did the MC.
