I would suggest doing a colon, liver and kidney flush--- do about 3 of Dr. Hulda Clark 's liver flushes- once every 5-7 days. and also do a parasite cleanse.

I do know that our skin reacts to toxins in our organs. This may be the case with you.

If these are moles, also get them checked for skin cancer-.

i read your message and it sounds like what i got. browny spots that turn red when you are sweating or just getting out of the shower. i have had success by getting a lemon cutting it in half, squeezing it into a glass and mixing it with distilled water (filtered water or maybe even tap water probably works, but i know distilled water gives me the results.)- one first thing in the morning one before bed. And no coffee or tea. I think the tea and coffee contaminates the liver or kidney or something and then it comes out on your skin. This takes a bit of discipline to do, but once you see it working you get used to the taste and you will no doubt find it very refreshing compared to anything else.
