It happened to me too. You know its hard sometimes to sleeo during the flush. I have had some BAAAAD nights. melatonin can be used. I just make sure that I stay active and wake up early that morning (and previous mornings) to be sleepy that early. I go to bed soo late all the time its abnormal for me to sleep at 10pm. Maybe you too?
I like calming herbs like valerian and kava kava, but during the flush they all say no other herbs. I agree though that L-Ornithine is not strog enuff for me the night of a flush. However---as I do more and more flushes, I am sleeping like a baby now. My body is adjusted and its easy to sleep. It takes a while.
