this is a common thing on many forums
that The Webamster does to save space.
When you consider all the forums here
if each one was super long that is alot of space.
The very active ones /
or ones that tend to get long threads he leaves longer.
It is nothing personal about the forums with less page space.
Correction :
you said Islam forum set to 12 when it is set to 15

I don't have the time to look at each forum .
(I think there are about 400 now if recall)
including the archives.
plus the forum may even be longer than it looks
since it may allow x number of topic posts perpage,
but allowing more room for threads to grow off each post.
since there are no lenghty threads growing there ,
you really don't know for sure.
If you have a serious problem with it ,
I would post to Webmaster or write ,
saying please lenghten the pages.
He is the only one that can lenghten or shorten pages.
The moderators cannot do this at all ,
so no one is playing games on you ,
trust me on that we simply cannot do that.
Hope this helps you understand...
esp since he may have room allowance for threads
that you are not seeing, because there are no long threads there

That forum is the only forum I thought of when I saw the islam support lol
Because there is so few people posting.
but people do read, and I had a thread going and it got cut short.
So I asked, the odd thing is that the Webmaster shortened it, then upon request lengthened it, then changed his mind and shortened it even more to ten.
?
I did not think any mods could do this, but wondered why the Webmaster did.
Its ok its your website, was I posting things which offended you?

You don't understand.
Almost all foums have default number of 15 topics per page.
Last page of every forum can have from 10 to 25 topics.
Once it reaches 25, page is cut at 15, and new page is created with 10 topics (15 + 10 = 25)
I will change the default setting and increase the page length to 30 topics per page.
This is the status of Islam forum now:
628 messages, 312 topics, 15 topics per page, 30 messages per page [average], 21 pages
After I chnage it, it will read:
628 messages, 312 topics, 30 topics per page, 60 messages per page [average], 11 pages

I wasnt aware of the setting structure and was counting the replies as topics.
Since I didnt know- it was a simple question.
Also the timing was after the post which I was taken aback from. It was a stab-
After working to get true facts on islam in the forum and then being asked if I work for the taliban ( anything addressed to muslims includes me, just as if one were to flip that question anyones way)
It was unfortunate, yet oh well. I was not mad or claiming a Conspiracy but trying to find out. I didnt know the technical details thats why I posted here, suggestion to webmaster.
