If the ache is more on the right side under the rib cage, it may very well be the gallbladder. If the ache is felt in the middle or two inches from there to either side, it is more likely a stomach issue.

If the temperature is only slightly elevated you may go ahead with the cleanse, otherwise it would be better to wait until it has gon back to normal.
