It is a good idea to start the Master-Cleanse
on your days off. That way you can get through any withdrawls and die-off a bit easier. And you can learn how quickly your body responds to the laxative tea and/or the salt-water flushes. That way you could customize the Master-Cleanse
a bit, possibly do the salt water flush after work, when you have more free time. If you plan on doing the B&Ps during the MC, you could possibly skip the tea and salt flush, as long as you drink lots of water. Then, you should have BM about 2 or 3 times a day (normally, no explosive ones).
