I just took a guess and went with the whole husk psyllium. It should work.
So this is my game plan. I went ahead and drank a P&B shake and 8oz water chaser about an hour before dinner. Sitting next to my computer here is a cup of Smooth Move, which I'll drink as soon as it's seeped and cooled down a bit. Tomorrow I'm going to start on the lemonade. I'll have another P&B shake after I get off of work, and another cup of Smooth Move before I go to bed tomorrow night. Then on Friday, when I have the day off (thinking ahead), I'll try my first salt water flush, and then do the P&B in the evening and the Smooth Move.
I'll see how my body reacts to things and go from there after Friday. I made 5 "batches" (10oz) of lemonade for tomorrow's breakfast and at work, and figured that I'd make more fresh when I get home. I took a sip, and I actually really liked it. I like hot stuff, I like lemonade, and I like maple syrup. Whoda thunk they'd taste so good together!
