I'm a 37 year old male, current weight of 270 and would like to be 190.
I'm not using the Master-Cleanse
as a diet or to lose weight. I need to eat better and healthier, and I would like to do this with a "clean" start. As I understand it, once I come off of this in 10 days, my body will be more able to assimilate "healthier" foods and lifestyle.
My wife and I had our first child 2 months ago, and I want to be healthy for him and her.
As I begin this, I have some lower back pain that I know is attributed to the weight I'm carrying. When I walk up stairs, I get out of breath easily.
As I am falling asleep, sometimes I stop breathing, "apnea" I believe it's called.
I went to the Dr. a few days ago, and, luckily, my BP is 120/79,
but I have sore knees when I get up and out of chairs.
I've been "lurking" on this board for several days, and I am impressed at the comradirie I've seen, and I look forward to posting my feelings and impressions as I follow this plan.
I do have a question: I work from 8AM to 6PM in an office enviorment, and I am concerned about the Salt Water flush. When would be the best day and time to do this?
