vertigo
Hello. I am very desperate for answers, so I have come here!
I have suffered from vertigo for the past 2 years now (I always feel off-balance, slightly spinning, cloudy-headed) and I still cannot pinpoint a cause or a solution to it.
I have a desk job in the Telecommunications field that requires me to be looking at a computer about 8 hours out of the day. I try to sit as far back as possible to reduce the harmful effects that much computer usage may have.
One conclusion that I am currently looking into is that wearing my glasses while at my computer, may be causing my vertigo.
I have a fairly weak prescription -.75 IN LEFT EYE AND -1.25 IN RIGHT EYE. I can see clearly about 6 feet in front of me. After that 6 feet range though, my vision gets blurry.
Could this be causing my vertigo?
I have had several inner ear tests (the major cause of vertigo - inner ear problems) that have found nothing. I have also had an MRI that found nothing wrong with my head (lol).
Is it bad/harmful to wear these glasses at the PC?
Somebody please help. I am at a loss at this point.
Regards,
