I have got a lot of relief after my 10th flush. But after about 6 weeks I am getting symptoms again so I know I must do another flush soon. After 5 flushes you probably still have a way to go. For example, there have been people posting here who are in the twenties for their flushes! It takes as long as it takes to clear your liver - so don't worry, keep going!

Since having gall bladder trouble have you changed what you eat?

I had one gall bladder attack....I changed my diet over night. I have had no more attacks, and have done ten flushes now.
