Meds is poison. Try not to take them if you can - they are adding more toxins to your body.
Drink lots of hot water today to help with your flushing. Also, try to get out and walk a bit - that helped with my leg pains. I actually walked hills in my neighborhood (I was being hard core). The uric (?) acid in your muscles is being eliminated - that's part of what is causing your pain. You may also experience pain in your joints. That is calcified something or other that is working its way free.
Increase your water intake, try and sweat a bit (the skin is the biggest release of toxins you have available to you), get out a good cry (toxin release), pee a whole lot, stay off the meds and one more thing...
