You should read all about Bentonite
& psyllium below. If you are really prone to constipation you should probably concentrate on getting your bowels more regular before you do the b&p's. They don't have any herbal laxatives in them and can stop people up if they already tend towards constipation.
How are your bm's normally? Do you drink at least 2 litres of water a day? Start your day with warm/hot water with lemon (a couple mugs for sure - this stimulates peristalsis)? Exercise? Relax?
