I made a vegatable soup with Cilantro and ceyanne pepper in it. WOW is it spicy! A bit much so I thought I'd turn it into a Cream soup. Can anyone tell me if Cream is ok to add to a vegatable soup to make it creamy? It says there is 0 carbs and 0 sugars? What do you think? Thank you. :)
I understand about milk....but can someone specify why we can't have pure Cream? Some of the candida diets I read on line allowed them but I'm curious as to what the logic behind not being able to have a little would be. Just so I understand it. Thank you.
