You'll get many different opinions on this do here's mine first.
Stay away from oats. If you have to eat grains, and I suggest you stay clear away from them for at least the first three months of any candida regime, eat quinoa, amaroth or millets which are gluten free. It's also vitally important to soak them for 24 hours to encourage enzyme activity which breaks down nutrient robbing phytates and makes them easier to digest.
If you have to eat oats, and the decision is yours, then make sure they're organic and soak them for the same reasons given above.
