What kind of oils/fats are you taking? You should be using ones with a good blend of omega 3's, 6's, & 9's. Udo makes a good blend. Olive oil is decent but you should also get something like udo oil and flax oils. Never heat them as this turns them toxic. Add to steamed food after it's cooked or use on salads.
