THE NEXT BIRD FLU HOAX

DECEMBER 12, 2004. First, read this snip from AP about a new test for the presence of bird flu in humans:

HONG KONG (AP) Researchers said Wednesday they have developed a new test that can detect bird flu in humans within hours, compared with up to a week or more for older versions.
The new test detects antigens and antibodies to the deadly H5N1 bird flu strain, as opposed to examining the virus directly by isolating it.

Okay. Notice that the new test will not attempt to isolate the virus itself. It will only unearth clues that indirectly point to the virus.

Antibodies or antigens.

But what do these clues really show?

Traditionally, in the overwhelming number of cases of human illness of all kinds, the presence of antibodies has meant: THE BODY CONTACTED THE GERM AND SUCCESSFULLY DROVE IT AWAY.

The presence of antibodies says nothing about the possibility or probability that a person will get sick. Nothing.

Antigens, which are molecules that are assumed to be products of germs, are merely another clue that a germ is present. If the immune system is functioning well, the germ will probably be driven off.

So, all in all, this new test will do one thing: IT WILL FALSELY INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SAID TO HAVE BIRD FLU.

This test helps those agencies who want us to believe that, even though only 31 humans have been counted (globally) as fatalities from bird flu, the disease is spreading among humans.

You're not going to read about this sleight of hand in the mainstream press.
