AMEN!!! I took Vioxx for 3 years until it was pulled. Sadly, I was without pain the whole time for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

In that 3 year time frame I had two abulance rides to the hospital due to heart attack symptoms. Last year I nearly died from a sudden asthma attack out of control. This was a first for me. The docs were going to put me on life support the day my body began responding to treatment. My heart and lungs could no longer function from this attack.

The day Vioxx was pulled I began Bextra. I soon relaized I was sick again. I just got out of the hospital this past Sunday. I tested positve for staph infection in my lungs. Again another asthma attack I could not get under control.

I also take Enbrel, 2 shots per week during all this past 3 years. This is scary for me because no meds have helped me until these did and I already have had both hands refinshed with plastic joints too. This disease has stolen so much from me.

My point of view if I may... God made the leaves of the trees for the healing of the nations. He did not make them to line people's pockets with more and more money to buy more things.

Our country and big business has come so far off the agenda God has for us His people. Big business is falling, drug companies is coming down and I for one have prayed for this end. I do not like our world and as long as I have my breathe and my power to think, I will pray His kingdom come and all else fall.

Those who have power to do good has totally mismanaged their power and many people have died as a result of different drugs, implants etc. We will get to see this fall, it appears to have arrived.

I am happy that alternative meds that have been so blasted for so long by money hungry poeple in authority will spring forth with many of our healings we so disperately need for such a time as this.

Yes I am angry! I have a hospital by me in Grand Rapids, Michigan, one side of Saint Mary's Hospital is alternative medicine. I can't go there because I can't afford it, but my Medicare and my Tri-Care for life will pay for all the other modes of treatment. My perscriptions cost the insurance about $1800 monthly, my co-pay pay is $9 per script. Alternative meds would be well under $500 per month until I went into a matenience program.

Please do not get me wrong. I am so thankful to God I have this ability, some do not and it breaks my heart, they are in horrible pain with no help.

This is a horrible thing that has happened in our land and it must and it will be stopped and changed.

When change comes, thank God for all the pioneers of Alternative Medicine that have been so abused and laughed at for their stand, they will be ready to move into postion.
