How is day two going for you? I too am doing the Ultimate Cleanse...starting today! I wanted to share with you the standard recipe for making one serving of lemondae & also the one I use to pre-mix a days worth.
The standard recipe for one serving is as follows:
-2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice
-2 Tablespoons grade B organic maple syrup
-1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste
-8 to 10 oz.Water
But you can make a whole batch with the following:
-1 cup of lemon juice
-1 cup of maple syrup (you can use less if desired---I use 1/2 cup)
-4/5 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper (a liitle less than a teaspoon)
-7 to 8 to 10 cups of water
I don't plan on premixing more than a days because the mixture can ferment. And I am reducing the amount of syrup to 1/2 as I have read that helps with more weight loss if that is a goal.
