Here is my suggestions, just to start with.
Get an rebounder from Walmart for under $25.00 Trust me, your legs can take it, its much easier on legs than the jogging you already did. Get a sports bra or just hold onto your breasts so they dont bounce so much.
ACTUALLY, IF I'D GET A REBOUNDER, I'D WANT ONE WITH THE BEST "SHOCK ABSORBER" CAPACITY. AS FOR THE OTHER, BELIEVE IT OR NOT MY BREASTS ARE FLAT, THEY DON'T REALLY BOUNCE. AS FOR A BRA, I *USED* TO WEAR A BRA, BUT STOPPED, BECAUSE BRA'S ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BAD FOR PAINFUL BREASTS. INDEED, IT'S BETTER FOR ME THIS WAY.

I *ONLY* STARTED WHEN I BEGAN THE CANDIDA DIET VERY RECENTLY, BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY THING ON THE "PERMITTED" LIST WHICH WOULD HELP CLEAN ME OUT. OTHERWISE I'D BE CONSTIPATED, AND *THAT'S* THE MOST DANGEROUS OF ALL. BESIDES, I USUALLY TAKE ONLY A VERY SMALL AMOUNT PER DAY, IN A MIXTURE OF APPROX. 1/4 TSP. DECAF & 1/4 TSP. REGULAR
I see that you mention liver and gall bladder. I had this too due to stones.
I HAD TWO ABDOMINAL & PELVIC CT SCANS, LAST YEAR & THIS YEAR, BOTH OF WHICH TESTED NORMAL. SO WHILE THERE MAY BE SOMETHING DYSFUNCTIONAL ABOUT MY LIVER & GALLBLADDER I'M NOT SURE IT'S STONES.
I got off ALL meat, at first I was hanging onto chicken but I am done with that one too.
IT'S VERY TRUE THAT *TOO* MUCH PROTEIN IS ACIDIC. BUT I DON'T THINK THAT INCLUDES *LITE* PROTEIN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SLIGHTLY-SATURATE *ANY* PROTEIN WITH WATER. I FIND THIS TRUE FOR MYSELF. FOR EXAMPLE, I JUST NOW EXPERIEMNTED AND MADE A PANCAKE OUT OF A MIXTURE OF EGG, WATER, TAHINI, & SALT SAUTEED IN OLIVE OIL. THEN SMEARED SOME APPLE-PEAR SAUCE ON TOP OF IT. IT WAS DELICIOUS, AND *TASTED* HEALTHY. I WASHED IT DOWN WITH PAU D'ARCO TEA. BTW, I ALSO FIND ONION TO BE LEAST ALLERGENIC IF I SAUTEE IT A BIT IN OLIVE OIL, AND THEN ADD SOME WATER AS A CONTINUATION OF THE SAUTEEING PROCESS.
I no longer eat ANY fried foods, including so called sauteed anything. I eat it raw, its better for the body. I did not eat eggs for many many months.
THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR MYSELF (SEE ABOVE). IT'S MY OPINION THAT EGGS ARE VERY HEALING, AND ACT AS A BUFFER, IF EATEN THE *RIGHT* WAY. PEOPLE NEED TO DEVELOP AN INTUITIVE FEELING FOR WHAT'S HEALTHY. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT EGGS ACT AS A BUFFER. BEVERLY LAUMANN WHO WRITES ON THE WWW RE: INTERSTITIAL CYSTITIS, ALSO CAME TO REALIZE THAT (SEPARATELY FROM ME) UPON INADVERTENTLY EATING LEMON MERINGUE PIE.
I would not even consider eating eggs if my gall bladder was acting up. I would not eat salmon or tuna either, freshed or canned. I am too conscious of the possible mercury content in fish.
I THINK THEY BLOW THE TUNA-MERCURY BIT OUT OF PROPORTION. I SAW STATISTICS THAT TUNA HAS AN EXTREMELY NEGLIGIBLE AMOUNT OF MERCURY COMPARED TO AMALGAM. AS FOR SALMON, I WASN'T AWARE THAT HAD MERCURY?? I THOUGHT IT'S ONE OF THE SMALLER FISH. BESIDES, IF TUNA IS SATURATED WITH WATER *AND* MIXED WITH ANOTHER FISH, I DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM IF TAKEN IN MODERATE AMOUNTS PER DAY.
I gave up diary entirely. The dairy is very aggravating to the gall bladder.Cheese is the very worst. Remeber that yogurt is dairy food too. The gall bladder and liver are your root issues IMHO.
YOGURT IS ONE OF THE MOST HEALING FOODS FOR ME.
I have read and been told how bad wheat is. That is on my list of things to "go". You might also consider giving up night shades.
YES, WELL, THE GLUTEN IN WHEAT & ITS ACIDITY CAN BE A PROBLEM. BUT AGAIN, IN MODERATION, SUCH AS IN A PANCAKE, I DUNNO. I DON'T THINK NIGHTSHADES ARE A PROBLEM FOR ME. I FIND TOMATO OK FOR ME, AND BESIDES, KINESEOLOGICAL MUSCLE-TESTING YIELDED THAT IT'S OK FOR ME.

I have not tried cell food yet, so I cannot say much about it. I can say that I have not heard anything bad about cell food.
Infrared massage is not the same thing as an infrared sauna. Give it a try. I am sure there is some place that you can do so
, and if you like it get your own if you can afford to.
IF I'M GOING TO RUN DOWN EVERY TRACK, I WON'T HAVE ANY MONEY LEFT. REMEMBER, I ALREADY SPENT OVER A THOUSAND $$ (PERHAPS MORE THAN 2 THOUSAND OVER THE COURSE OF YEARS) WITH NO RESULTS.
WHAT'S THE COST OF THE CHEAPEST INFRARED SAUNA ANYWAY? I'M NOT EVEN SURE THERE'S SPARE ROOM IN THE HOUSE FOR IT EVEN AT 4 SQ. FT. ANOTHER THING: I'M SORTA LIKE ORIENTALS IN THE RESPECT THAT I HARDLY SWEAT. (ORIENTALS ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE DRY EAR WAX & SWEAT VERY LITTLE COMPARED TO OTHERS. I ALSO HAVE THE DRY EAR WAX).
I do not think that Candida would be helped by eating molassses or any other thing that is sugary.
WHILE I AGREE ABOUT SUGAR, MOLASSES IS LISTED ON THE CHART (IN MY PREVIOUS POST) AS ALKALINE-FORMING. IT ALSO TESTED GOOD FOR ME DURING MUSCLE TESTING. WHEREAS MAPLE SYRUP TESTED BAD.

Diet is the key along with some very gentle exercise until you get strong enough to do more. Do some liver flushes, they really do work. Also get started on the other cleanses. Kidney, parasite
and bowel cleansing would be very beneficial to any one.
