I am thrilled to read your post. I cannot believe nobody else is excited... but thats the power of propaganda.
This looks a lot like what I found to help too. Boy it was bad before I cut out these dietary items you mention. And when I cant resist sugar,carbs, etc., boy do I pay a high price!!
Here it is for those who missed it :

Actually, would you agree that it looks a bit like an Atkins diet? but the old original Atkins, not this new "post-death Atkins" they are peddling now.
The food processing industry has put pressure on media and the FDA to put down the idea of reducing carbs. CArbs have been a real boon to capitalists involved in changing our diets to what they want us to buy, the big-profit processed foods with little nutrition, fast foods, sugars, etc.
Remember, They CREATE the problems, and then OFFER the solutions"
