i would switch to unsweetened kefir. it's full of much better and more potent probiotics, plus enzyems which make it much easier to digest. have it first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach. wait 45 minutes before eating anything else. it will coat your intestines with lots of good stuff and kill off the yeast.
you can add a tbs of unsweetened cranberry juice to improve the taste, although it's quite yummy by itself. you can also add a couple drops of stevia liquid concentrate to give it some sweetness.
i have it every morning and it's making a huge difference.
avoiding all Sugar
is very important until you feel better. even fruit.
