I am interested in doing the liver/gb flush for the first time to help with bad allergies. Any suggestions? Shoudl I use the Epsom Salt or instead the lemon juice? From reading on the internet, I had read the salt can make you sick so to use lemon juice instead. Do I have to do the parasite cleansing first, or can I do this? I was hoping to do it on Thursday as I have a three day weekend coming up.
Oh and how will I know how many times I need to do it? Does it need to be consecutively?
what are these abbreviations? b and p? MC?
I really want to do the cleanse on Thurs night, but maybe I am jumping into this? What should I be doing for the next three days?
Are there any possible BAD side effects to doing the cleansing? I dont; mean headaches or vomiting. I mean like liver damage or needing an emergency gall bladder removal??
i can envision doing this and needing to call the paramedics at 2 in the morning.
Hi Gita! No need to worry about an emergency trip to the hospital! Nope, I haven't heard of that happening from a liver flush. So you can rest easy on that count.
Some people do the parasite cleanse or the Bowel Cleanse first and some people jump right into the liver flush...it seems there is no 'right' way to do it - we are all soooo unique! So if you want to do the Liver Flush on Thursday, then do it! Lots of us have done that.
This is the most popular liver flush: //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp You can actually do it without Epsom Salts if you feel like it. Just replacing the ES with prune juice. Stonehedge drinks 4 glasses of prune juice in the morning a half hour apart (or an hour? I forget unfortunately!)
