I have been cleansing, mostly raw foods and juicing
for the past two months. I've been using organic vegetable, fruits,vegetable broths, etc. I'm right in the middle of a parasite
cleanse now, and everything is going well. My problem is, that when I do stretching and certain yoga positions I get cramps in my feet, and calves, and when I'm driving or holding a book my left hand cramps up on me, I guess another term would be charlie horse. What am I doing wrong here, I thought all the fruits and vegetables were sufficient enought suppies of vitamins and minerals for my body. What can I do to get rid of the cramps? One more question, I just ordered some Cayenne, but just read some information on foods for my blood type A, that I shouldn't have Cayenne. I have been taking it, along with raw unfiltered Organic Apple cider vinegar, and green papya enzyme, which are also on the list of no-no's for my blood type A. Should I be concerned? I do get some pretty fearsome burning in my stomach after downing the things. Please Advise.... By the way, I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and have some small calcifications in my right breast that were biopsied and found to be benign, that's why I got started with the cleansing thing in the first place, as I wanted to cure myself and not go on medications of any kind. Thanks for being there... I trust in your advise.
