Since then I have been very careful with my diet and have only regained about 5 lbs.
I walk at least 3-5 miles everyday and just joined a local gym where I can go to weight train and swim - need to tone up all that loose skin from the weight loss.
I also had to learn not to give into over-eating as a way of compensating for stress. I heard everything from a gallon if ice cream to a bottle of whiskey calling me this weekend. Between having divorce papers served on me and getting laid-off, I am an emotional wreck. If it wasn't for the grace of God - as I understand Him - I would have given in!
