Hang in there guys..I did a 22 day fast..& to tell you the truth tht was almost 4 weeks ago, & I started again this week...just for 2 days, but one thing I know, it was much easier. It wasn't even an issue, I was like just feeling lethargic & full..I work at graveyard shift ..only some nights a week, which is why I did the cleanse the first time b\c I was just feeling awful..But I find that doing it for maybe 2 or 3 days, just makes me feel better, especially with this crazy schedule & the havoc on my internal clock. I feel like NOT going to the gym, sleeping a lot & this really perks me up & also , makes me feel like not so much of a couch potato packing in the pounds..
