Hi,
I'd be curious to heal meal ideas too. From what I've read, and from what my doctor has told me, it's important to get at least 50 grams of protein per day through animal products (she argues that that's the only "complete" protein - meaning, with all the amino acids). So I eat organic meats only . . . and I have chicken, chicken sausage, and turkey, along with eggs and cooked vegetables. I try to avoid too many fruits - though you'll see in the book you're reading the list of fruits he says are okay.
For me, the most important meal of the day is breakfast, and I usually have eggs and meat and cucumbers. (Low-glycemic index). Soups are good too, and I don't eat protein for dinner, but I do for lunch and breakfast.
Brazil nuts (high in selenium) are another good treat.
Be curious to hear what others say.
