PhSupertonic
I did it about a week ago. You're supposed to fast for the middle three days of the five day cleanse, and the "outer" days are for eating light veggie meals so that the fast doesn't shock your body. I started the LGB cleanse on day 10 of an 18-day fast for me (optional, but I was desperate). I have chronic fatigue and chronic sinus problems that are driving me up a wall, and the LGB cleanse was the first thing I've ever found that helped me significantly (I actually felt like a *normal* tired person for once, instead of an exhausted-for-five-years-straight-without-any-rest kind of person). Unfortunately, as soon as I started eating again, I went back to feeling like crap. But I think I know now that I need to repeat some liver flushes. I can't afford to do another Schulze LGB flush, so I'm going to try a different one this weekend:

Be advised that while you are on the Schulze flush you will need to be able to visit the bathroom quickly and very often. Schulze says that the program is designed to fit into your work schedule, but it actually demands a lot of time to do stuff like fix the LGB flush drink, fix and drink the tea, prepare the superfood, juice, going to the bathroom constantly, etc. etc. I don't see how anyone could get much work done while on that program (I only work about 12-15 hours a week, fortunately). Also, be sure your bowels are moving often (2-3x a day) before beginning it.
