I eat grass fed organic beef and range free organic chicken and some small anchovies and sardines. I love Schulze cleanses and approach to well being. I eat organic veggies and juice (almost daily) along with my Superfood to start the day.
I eat fresh fruit at night for a snack/treat.
I do NOT believe in one diet fits all. Instead I believe that Metabolic
Typing is more on the right track.... that some of us do not thrive on a vegetarian diet, and we need meat and purines to keep our immune systems going.
I know from experience that the vegan, high alkaline diet really helps the body cleanse so I do it and I feel good on it when cleansing. But when done, I ease off and gradually add my meat back and it always reinforces for me how much better I feel when I have meat. My energy level is significantly higher. It is very noticable.
