Thanks Pam for the link to the superfood. Problems with the recipie though. I combined all the herbs in equal parts,(by volume). I tasted it and it was nasty. Is all you could taste was the barley and wheat grasses. So I added more yeast, probably 15 times more, still just was not right.
I had a bottle of shulzes superfood for reference, (taste, smell and visual).
I could see and taste that there was not enough yeast from the begining. Too much grasses powder from the taste and I needed a bit more dulse flakes from the smell and taste.
Ok I made a new recipie using equal parts by weight. I knew I needed to add a lot more yeast from the first batch, so I started by adding (by weight) all of the ingredients, leaving out the yeast. Once I had all the herbs in a pile I weighed them, took the total amount and equaled it in yeast.
This recipie came out very close to the bottle of superfood that I used for reference(smell, taste and sight). I still think there needs to be a bit more yeast though.
If anyone has any thing to add to this please let me know, (good or bad).
I will post more info as I experiment further.
