I just strained my super tonic tincture today (started it on the last new moon a month ago). This thing is pure dynamite. I did it using equal parts of garlic, onion, horseradish, ginger and the srongest habaneros peper I could find the whole thing in organic apple cider vinegar (all ingredients are organic too).Decided not to use the black radish (as per my post over a month ago)since it is not part of the original recipe. Thanks to those who answered my post about it. I got the recipe from one of the 3 video cassettes which come with the book "Curing with cayenne" which I had purchased on Ebay. I am planning to use at least four dropperfulls a day mixed with my evening vegetable juice now consiting of carots, beets, apple, celery, garlic onion ginger, dandelion green and kale. Today I also started my Cayenne tincture with these same Habaneros found here at the local farmer's market. Could not resist to taste it immediately after I blended it. This also is pure dynamite! to put it mildly! (I was in a mood to take a little nap, no way......after this and tasting the super tonic I was very much alive and wanting to enjoy every minute of the day awake, LOL) The owner of this market starts to know me and recently said to me: " Boy you do like hot stuff!" LOL.
I got my juicer about a month ago, the Breville that Bob bought (Thanks Bob!). LOve it. The first one lasted 2 weeks, had to send it back since its motor died one day) and got another one. The new one is 3 days old and I hope it will outlive me.
So guys today was a new moon and it is a good time to start your tinctures! They will save you many visits to the docs.
I will not end this post without wishing everyone here a great Holiday season. This forum is a gem!
