I am planning to take advantage of the Next New moon to start a Supertonic formula according to the recipe given in the book "Curing with Cayenne" by Sam Biser, all the answers being given by Dr. Schulze
. My question regards the horseradish. How can I soften it enough before blending it. The rest of the ingredients are fairly soft and won't dammage the blades of my blender but the horseradish......that's another question. Also I am planning to add some black radish for its effects on the pancreas. Is that a good idea?
