I rarely had severe problems before I started flushing, usually after a burger and fries or a large pizza I would have pain for several hours, but not with regular eating. My doctor did some muscle testing on me and said I had vague symptoms of gallstones, but not acute. I did one flush, got out a lot of stones and that was it. A few months later I developed white stools, I did another flush, passing more stones; the same thing happened a few months later. I rarely had severe pain in the upper right quadrant, I did have crippling lower back pain all the time.
In April 2003 I ate some high fat premium ice cream, an hour later I had to change a flat tire. Shortly after that I had some of the worst pain of my life. It was so bad I could not move or even take a deep breath. By this time I knew it was gallbladder related. I did the
Hulda Clark flush that weekend. Since then I have flushed every two weeks on average. I have gotten out at least 5000 stones. I also discovered a
parasite problem. I still have occasional twinges of pain, but nothing like the attack that started me flushing on a regular basis.
I am doing my 21st flush tonight. Its not because I have major symptoms, its because I'm still passing stones and want to avoid future problems with them.
