Try sticking to a strict vegetarian diet without any animal products (no cheese or dairy and no meats) for a few weeks. Don't deep fry the vegetables, steam or very lightly saute. That way your fat intake is very low so you don't trigger GB attacks. Also, you will get better bile back pressure build up and your next liver/GB flushes may be even more effective. Sounds like your liver is VERY congested. To make veggies interesting since this will be the mainstay of your diet, you can smoother in pizza sauce, stiry fry with chinese seasonings, etc. The idea of just vegetables and fruits may sound boring, but you can eat lots of them and there are ways of making them interesting. Once you get over this hump you can add some of your other food preferences back in.
