No Cari, I would not do an enema for a day or two after your liver flush. This is must my opinion. I think the Gall Bladder needs time to work on squeezing the stones out. The enema would disturb this. You can do the enema afterwards, when you are sure your Liver Flush is over.

I'm in the middle of my 2nd flush now. The olive oil isn't too bad. I use 1/2 cup OO (Olive-Oil) with 3/4 cup pink grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed). I can get it down okay but I did throw up at 3AM for my first flush. I'm hoping I can keep it down this time. I'm using peppermint lifesavers for the nausea this time. My husband did his 1st flush last night and had no problems at all. He slept through the night. I just think I have a very sensitive system. Good luck, Lynne

Which flush recipe are your using? If you choose one with Epsom Salts , you will pass the stones easily. Let us know how your flush goes.
