Hello everyone,
I have decided to try for the first time the liver/gallblader flush. I have started today by only drinking apple juice which is giving me the chivers, also it is painfull to urinate, is that a normal reaction or should I stop using it?
Also I live in France and I have tried to Find Epsom Salt (Sulfate Magnasium) but they have stopped selling it recently, can I still do the flush ; if not where can I get ES, is there a website I can purchase it from?
I would like to thank everybody for there input on this forum, this has encouraged me greatly to decide myself to do the flush.
Please answer me as soon as possible since I wont be able to log on the internet this week end.
