You can however make sure that you eat a healthy diet, as raw as possible, eat good oils daily, drink pure water.

I would imagine that it would be okay to eat the foods that have anti-parasitic compounds in them, such as raw green pumpkins seeds, pineapple, papaya...there are others but I can't think of them right now. according to the ph balance fans , parasites will leave an alkaline body. so you could eat mostly alkaline forming foods
