Ironically "sweet" potatoes are actually a lot better than regular potatoes. Reason being they rank much lower on the Glycemic Index then their non-sweet namesakes. In otherwords eating potatoes will raise blood
Sugar much more than eating the equivalent amount of sweet potatoes.
Sweet potatoes are fine in moderation on a candida diet, and can certainly dispell some of the monotony of other foods. They make a great snack.
Tip: Here is a dip I use: Lime Juice, Cayenne Pepper, Sea-Salt. Use about twice as much Salt as Cayenne and add lime juice to taste. Careful its hot, but very tasty!
