You are right to eliminate wheat.
Most days I eat omlette (free range eggs, spring onion, mushrooms, tomato) all fried in olive-oil.
If I really need some energy I sometimes eat oatmeal, although I wouldn't eat it everyday because I suspect it would feed the yeast.
There are lots of things you can eat for breakfast - please ask others for ideas if you are lost. I'm not a great cook so I try and keep it simple.
