This is related to some of the posts below. Basically I have a grain based meal in the evening, and it ferments! Doesn't matter if its brown rice, wild rice or quinoa. They all seem to be fermenting to one degree or another. Its gotten to the stage where I feel better if I skip the meal entirely (not healthy).
I've suspected fermentation for a long time, but have been to scared to do anything about it, because frankly without my daily dose of grains my diet is as close to starvation as you can get.
I have steamed veggies for lunch, but I can't eat too many (impaired digestion), and I can't imagine eating them twice a day.
I am not getting enough calories/nutrients.
The candida is a lot better at surviving than I am.
