i've been having one umeboshi before each meal. i've stopped snacking between meals. my blood
Sugar is more stable, i feel less fatigue. also, sometimes a couple hours after lunch i feel a little fatigued so i eat another one then and it gives me the pick me up i need. i've stopped drinking coffee completely. i also am eating almost NO dairy, also no wheat or white flour, no potatoes, and for now, the only grain i consume is sprouted bread toasted with butter. otherwise veggies and meat. a few berries here and there. but yes, i feel better. i'm sure its a combination of the changes i've made. but umeboshi is helping my digestion. sorry this isnt proof-read. i'm at work and trying to hurry.
