hi guys have being treating candida for the last 4 months with 3lac and oe+,my bms are not really regular so im gona try some colon care capsules!i want to know if the ingredients in this are ok to take??

psyllium husks
aloe vera leaves
buckthorn bark
gentian root
golden seal root
citrus pectin
wheat grass


im being noticing some good improvments the past few months,i just dont want to risk taking anything that might put me back to square 1!any advice on this would be much appreciated!!
