Keep it up friend. Try drinking a warm glass of water with a fresh squeezed lemon before your meal. Then as you eat and CHEW your food until its a liquid you start taking the HCL. This is to try to get your stomach to kickstart the HCl on its own.
BELIEVE me you will know if you are taking too much HCL. You will feel it in your stomach. I was up to 10 per meal before I felt something.... Just by what you have told me I can tell you need the HCl. Try taking 2 x 500mg of Niacin a day. This helps your stomach produce HCL. Watch out for flushing it might scare you. If it is too much take one a day. Add calcium/magnesium after main meal and Vitamin C as well. Add fresh garlic to your meals and cook with olive oil. Add olive oil to your salads. Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 x a day on an empty stomach in between meals.
